How can I personalize a product?
Simple! All you need to do is choose your product and
customize it with your name/text/art/design!
Is it necessary to chose from your existing design templates?
Absolutely not! You can either chose from our existing
design template (50,000+) or you can also upload your
own designs/art/logo/text!
Kindly note that all the uploaded information are kept confidential with us and are used solely for the purpose for order processing and reorder.

How can I upload my own designs?
You can choose any product of your choice and then click
on the CUSTOMIZE NOW button and can easily upload your
designs.
What if I provide you with my product and avail your personalization services only?
Sorry! We do not provide you with any such services.
Can you guarantee the color of engraving as shown on the products on your website?
We do not guarantee the color of engraving on any product
as the color of finished product might appear different.
Does the quality/color of picture I upload appear same after it gets printed?
We do not guarantee the color of the uploaded pictures/designs
as the process includes heat transfer of the images
where some loss of color is always applicable.

How do I register and start my new account?
Please click on the Sign up to claim your gift .You
will then be prompted to a page where you can first
chose your Sign up gift and then proceed to create your
account. Fill in your details as requested before clicking
‘Choose a gift and Sign up'. Registration should now
be complete and you should receive a confirmation e-mail
to the address you registered with.
Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Printvenue.sg?
Printvenue gives you an option to shop as a guest too.
Just click on ‘Continue as a guest’ and enjoy our fantastic

How can I avail the Welcome Gifts received on signing up?
Sign up gifts/vouchers can be availed once you enter
your email id. Just click on Log in, you will find the
option to sign in on the right hand side scrolling down
the home page.
An email along with the details of the vouchers will be sent to your mailbox once you join the Printvenue family.

How many times can I redeem the Welcome Gift Vouchers?
The Sign up vouchers/gifts can be used only once.
I have returned my first order .What happens to the gift voucher I used in the order?
If the order is cancelled or returned, the welcome coupon
stands null and void. It cannot be redeemed again.
Cancellations and returns
Can I cancel an order?
In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we
print the orders same day. As long as your order has
not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your
amount. Please get in touch with our customer support
team to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated
in the form of voucher that will be emailed to you immediately.
However, the cancellation of orders will be done only
if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:

Can I return the products that I have received?
Sorry but we do not entertain any return or exchange.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
No. You cannot make any changes to the design after
placing the order. We understand that in cases, you
may want to alter the quantity of a product in your
placed order. You may even require having your shipping
address updated. These changes are allowed till we have
begun processing your order. For such requests, please
get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with
your order number.
When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?
We cancel your order as soon as the request is generated and the refund process is initiated within 72 hours.It further takes 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited in your account. Please note if the payment is made via Credit Card , it might take 20-22 working days for the credited amount to reflect in your account details.
What if the product that I received has faulty parts or is damaged?
We take special care to deliver your products in the excellent condition. However, you can if you receive any product in unusable condition, you can contact our customer care and they will do the needful.
Can I also return a product which was found faulty upon use?

Can I have an order delivered on a particular date?
We continuously try to deliver products purchased from
Printvenue.sg in best condition and in the fastest
time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order online as well as you can call drop us an email at support@printvenue.sg and we will be happy to help you. Also, our partnered courier service providers – Aramex provide you with the AWB number through which you can check and track the status of your order.
How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from Printvenue
once your order is successfully placed. This mail will
have all the details related to your order.
The order I received is not complete. What do I do?

How do I re-order previously bought items?
Easy! Please log into your account, go to order history
and reorder!
Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?
We do not have the facility of returning the product
to the courier agent and take the cash back from him.

Does Printvenue.com deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver across Singapore, Australia & India. However, we can consider shipping bulk orders across other countries. For further queries write an email at sales@printvenue.sg.
My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please don’t worry. If you have the tracking information
(AWB number and name of the Courier partner) please
visit the courier partner's site and check for your
Order. If you are not happy with the information, keep
your order number ready and we will be happy to help

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We take special care to deliver our products in excellent condition .We use eco-friendly packaging to keep our products safe and secured from external damages.

Payment
What are the payment options available at Printvenue.sg?
The payment option we support is only PayPal(Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking). All the online payments are processed through Instant Pay payment gateways, which provide secure encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions.
How should I apply the discount/promotional voucher to my order?
Once you add product to the cart and click on ADD TO
CART button, you will be prompted to MY CART and you
can enter the voucher code in the respective tab before
checking out.
My voucher code is not working. What should I do?

There was an error while processing payment. How will I know if the payment went through successfully?
In case of payment errors/failure, please retry ensuring:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
- Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Care along with your order number and details of the amount deducted, or send an email to support@printvenue.sg for any further clarifications.
